We are a kerbside collection service and it is the discretion of our drivers whether we will come onto your property. Any damage caused as a result of us coming onto your property will be the responsibility of you, the customer.
If for any reason we come off-road, it will also be the responsibility of the customer to cover any charge for recovery and waiting time.
If we turn up at your property and cannot gain access, we will charge a call-out fee.
